I’m a London-based, American-born mother, deeply attuned to the rhythms of life and the nurturing power of mindfulness. As a passionate yoga practitioner, I’ve witnessed firsthand how the practice fosters peace and balance — from my life before motherhood, through pregnancy, and now as I embrace the joyful yet challenging path of raising our children. Parenthood truly calls for a steady breath and a grounded presence, and yoga has been my anchor.

YOGI MA was born from my desire to share the transformative power of yoga with other mothers. My mission is to support mamas at every stage of their journey with classes that cultivate calm, strength, and deep connection.

For expectant mothers, YOGI MA offers tranquil prenatal sessions, allowing mama-to-be to connect deeply with her baby while preparing for the journey of birth. Postpartum practices focus on restoring balance to the body, strengthening the pelvic floor, and releasing the tension that naturally arises from the demands of motherhood. MAMA FLOW & RESTORE provides a gentle yet powerful space for mothers at any stage to reconnect with their bodies and minds, find stillness, and recenter amidst the busyness of life.

For corporate clients, YOGI MA extends the opportunity for collective calm through In-House Retreats — two-hour workshops blending breathwork, yoga, and deep relaxation. These sessions offer a sanctuary of peace in the workplace, helping teams to feel more centered, manage stress, and cultivate mindful focus.
