Caroline is an amazing yoga teacher and I can't recommend her prenatal classes highly enough. They're the perfect blend of relaxation, stretch and exercise, and full of useful tips on breathing techniques and the benefits of different poses. They've even got me back into doing my kegel exercises! Caroline is super attentive throughout the class, making a really warm and welcoming on-line space, and her calming voice means that I always feel instantly relaxed, however crazily my day's been going. On both a physical and emotional level, the classes have been just what I needed. I've cherished every hour of them and would absolutely recommend them!

I have had a few different yoga teachers before but Caroline is next level. Doing yoga to music with candles brings an extra edge, and her classes are the perfect balance of relaxing and feeling like I have actually done a workout. She reads the room so well and seems to telepathically know when to bring in challenging poses and when we need to relax. I always leave feeling like I am floating!
